Is taxi the only way to get from Agadir Airport to the town? I'm arriving at 7pm. If there are no buses, how much is a fair price for a taxi? Are there any pre paid?

Taxi costs about 175dirhams...they will ask for thousands, but that is the fare and keep asking in the line of taxis until you get what you want.have the fare rady...in your hand.....actually it is worth it for a bus is a hassle to inegane and then another bus and taxi to hotel....will drive you mad!

Yeah, I agree with padraigm. You could take a bus, but it's much faster and easier to take a taxi. Unless you're on a really tight budget, it's worth it to pay up for a taxi.
